Service transition information from G Suite to Google Workspace
As we previously announced the launch event of Google Workspace on 6.10.2020 and was posted on Infolinks website and Google website. Recently, many new Google Workspace features have been updated to the service you are using such as: integrating Google Meet meetings right in the Gmail and Google Docs interface, co-hosting (co-host), recording, live subtitles and automatic translation in Google Meet, auto-suggestion and smart text composing, and other features to make your collaboration faster and more efficient. 
 
Continuing these improvements, customers using the G Suite legacy version will be transitioning to Google Workspace at the end of your current contract with Infolinks, starting from Jan 31th , 2022. This transition is automatic and you don't need to do anything. Just like some of our other customers who have completed the transition to Google Workspace, you will soon experience and keep up to date with the new features of Google Workspace along with the basic G Suite features that are maintained. 
 
TRANSITION FROM G SUITE TO GOOGLE WORKSPACE 

Versions transitioned:
+ From G Suite Basic to Google Workspace Business Starter (or higher versions)
+ From G Suite Business to Google Workspace Business Standard (or higher versions)
+ From G Suite Enterprise to Google Workspace Enterprise Plus

Service transition information from G Suite to Google Workspace

Timeline:
+ For customers who registered the service through Infolinks: at the end of current contracts, starting from January 31, 2022.
+ For customers who register directly with Google: at the current end of current contracts, starting from November 15, 2021.

Actions to be taken:
The transition is automatic, you don't need to do any action.

Impacts on Data and Services:
+ There is no effect or interruption on the service being used.
+ With customers are using G Suite Business editions have more than 5 users with unlimited storage: Transition to Google Workspace Business Standard with 2TB per user may not meet your storage needs, you should consider upgrading to  Google Workspace Enterprise with unlimited storage.

+ For G Suite customers with more than 300 users: As Google policy, Google Workspace Business versions are only for businesses with a maximum of 300 users, so you need to upgrade to a Google Workspace Enterprise version. Infolinks team will contact for specific advice with each customer.

Price and cost changes:
+ Depends on your current contracts with Infolinks, there may be changes in price and discount policy when renewing and transitioning from G Suite to Google Workspace.
